NO EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS: You will receive the door code one day prior to your check-in time. We can’t have guests overlap with other guests, therefore you will be charged $100 per hour if you arrive early or leave late.
Security camera/recording device — We have 2 outdoor videocameras at the entrances. They will be on during your stay. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock — The hot tub is located on the deck facing the backyard and it has a cover. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Nearby lake, river, other body of water — There is a small creek near the backyard. It’s not protected by a gate or fence. It’s not meant to be used for entertainment. Please watch children at all times.

AMENITIES
A start-up packet of supplies is provided including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablet, travel shampoo & body wash (3 sets in total), kitchen can liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you will need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
HOT TUB
Private Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized before each stay.
– 2 Beach Towels are provided.
GRILL
– There is a charcoal grill in the backyard, just off the deck (charcoal is not provided)
– We have a nice fire pit area for s’mores and cozy times!
LAUNDRY
Whirlpool top load washer and dryer.
– One liquid laundry detergent is provided.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be provided the door code and the address 1 day before check-in.
PARKING
This cabin is very easily accessible with any vehicle and has plenty of parking space. Please do not park on the grass.
During the fall/winter months you won’t need a 4WD to get here. You will enjoy flat roads, no mountain roads!

1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths, plus 2 towels for the hot tub. If your group has more than two people who plan to use the hot tub, please plan accordingly and bring them with you.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of kitchen paper towel, 1 mini dish detergent, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and a total of 3 sets of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion if you forget your own.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a regular coffee pot and a french press, plus ground coffee, sugar and powdered creamer.
4. Do you provide any baby items? – We provide a set of 2 toddler cups, 2 toddler plates and 2 toddler bowls. If you need any other items, please check out the link provided on the Guidebook.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is charcoal (not provided).
6. Do you provide firewood? – For your safety and the cabin’s integrity, the indoor wood burning fireplace should not be used. However, the outdoor fire pit can be used (we don’t provide firewood).
7. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. Should you need to bring with you a service animal, you must share the training that the service pet has received with the host.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.
9. When will I get the address and cabin access info? – Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent one day prior to check-in.
10. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must check out prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
11. Do you provide travel insurance? – If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of travel insurance (this does not go through us).
12. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded.
13. How is the drive up to the cabin? – The cabin is on a flat lot and the roads are not steep at all! Super easy roads!
14. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – No!
15. Is this cabin secluded? – Yes, the cabin is secluded.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
